Correct — booking uses a Stripe SetupIntent, which saves your card without charging it, solely to deter no-shows. The saved card is only ever charged if you separately pick the $299 Emergency fix add-on in step 3 of the wizard; card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site's own servers.

You can cancel any time right up until the session starts, with no minimum-notice requirement, using the private link shown on your confirmation screen. That same link also lets you reschedule yourself up to 3 times; past that, reply to me directly and I'll find a new time with you.

Slots are generated in my timezone, Asia/Kathmandu, but the picker converts and displays them in your local time automatically, so you're always reading your own clock. Sessions only run on weekdays during normal working hours — you can book as soon as 2 hours from now, with the calendar open up to roughly the next 3 business days.

You'll land on a confirmation screen showing your booking-management link — I'll send the actual video call link to the email you provided before the session starts, as a direct message from me rather than an automated calendar invite.

It's shown to you exactly once, on the confirmation screen — it isn't emailed, so you need to save it yourself. There's no account system behind it, which means anyone holding that link could manage the booking, so keep it somewhere only you can access.

Have relevant logs ready, or be ready to grant read access to whatever repository we're discussing — whatever you're comfortable sharing, whether that's a specific repo, a redacted log excerpt, or a screen-share during the call, not broad access by default.
